Please be aware that product doesn’t work with deposit addresses of a CEX. Only EOA (externally owned account - an account controlled by a cryptographic keypair and is most commonly referred to as a wallet)

Go to https://claim.tokenops.xyz/overview and click on continues as a Guest (See the orange marks).

Connect the relevant wallet on which your tokens have been allocated.

b. Ledger + EOA (e.g.: Ledger linked to a Metamask wallet)

To claim using a Ledger connected to an EOA, there are some steps you’ll need to follow. First, make sure you have the Ethereum app installed in your Ledger.

With the app properly installed, connect your Ledger to the computer and select the Ethereum app, the screen should be reading “Application is ready”.
